The West Texas and Plains District was birthed in 2012 from the former Gulf Latin American District Council of the Assemblies of God.  It is a fellowship affiliated with the General Council of the Assemblies of God located in Springfield MO.  It is organized with the motive to evangelize the West Texas area, domestically and the world.
El Distrito de West Texas y Plains fue dado a luz en el año 2012 del Distrito Gulf Latin American District de las Asambleas de Dios. Es una confraternidad cooperativa afiliada con el Concilio General de las Asambleas de Dios, con la sede en Springfield MO. Está organizado con el motivo de evangelizar la zona oeste de Texas, nacional y del mundo.

We are dedicated to building the ministerial families in our district, because family is priority in a minister’s life.

Healthy relationships between ministers are important and necessary for our well-being.

Developing a younger vibrant generation of ministers with vision and passion for the work of ministry.

LEADERSHIP

Cultivate potential leaders within our District through training, education, and conferences to better their ministry.

REVITALIZATION

Transforming churches and ministers and providing opportunities to grow and develop their skills so that they can become healthy.

CHURCH PLANTING

Develop visionary and passionate church planters in areas that do not have an Assembly of God Church.

MISSIONS

Emphasizing the great commission through sponsoring missionaries, missions projects, and developing missionaries from our district.
