The General Council of the Assemblies of God can recognize 5 types of divorce:

  • Pre-Conversion Divorce

  • Divorce Due to Spousal Infidelity

​

  • Abandonment of the Believer by the Unbeliever

​

  • Ecclesiastical Annulment or Dissolution

​

  • Domestic Violence
